Round Mull Race

Organised by Oban Sailing Club, the Round Mull Race is an excellent weekend to experience fantastic offshore sailing on Scotland’s west coast.

Starting in Oban Bay, yachts race on the Friday afternoon to arrive in Tobermory in time for G&T.

Saturday morning starts in Tobermory Harbour or in the Sound of Mull and yachts race to Bunessan on the west side of Mull.

Sunday morning is sometimes an early start to sail into the Sound of Iona and along the Ross of Mull back to Oban or thereabouts.

It’s all down to what the wind does.
